As part of the newsletter subscription, we only collect your email address and your chosen language. No other personal data is collected on this occasion, and the site does not use any tracking or analytics cookies for its visitors.

This data is used exclusively to send you the Eyes On Celebs weekly newsletter. This processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation), collected when you subscribe and confirmed by email under a double opt-in principle: your subscription is only activated after you click the confirmation link received by email.

Your data is hosted on a self-hosted database and shared with Resend, our email delivery provider, solely for the purpose of sending the newsletter. It is never sold, rented, or shared for commercial purposes with any other third party.

Your data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, it is kept for a limited time as proof, then deleted. You can request its immediate deletion at any time (see your rights below).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to port it and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent is immediate: simply click the unsubscribe link in any email you receive. To exercise any other right, contact us at the address above.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with your national data protection authority (in France, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).
